The Juneteenth Community Celebration takes place from 4-7 p.m. today, at Unity Park. Free and open to all. Learn more: http://ellensburgwa.gov/juneteenth
Kittitas County Historical Museum will highlight historic programing dedicated to Juneteenth today. There will be an exhibit highlighting the history and culture of African Americans in Kittitas County. 10AM-7PM
City facilities are closed on today for the Juneteenth holiday. City facilities will reopen on Friday, June 20, 2025.
The Ellensburg Utility Advisory Committee meets today at 3:30 p.m. at the Ellensburg City Council Chambers.
Starting Friday morning, June 20, at 6 a.m., the City and its contractor will be repairing roadway on University Way, just east of Alder Street. The roadway is being repaired as the asphalt has reached its lifespan.

Ellensburg High School baseball infielder Jonathan Rominger made the All State team and has committed to playing at Central Washington University next year.

LUNCH
The FISH Open Table Lunch is a Chicken Picnic with fried chicken, cornbread, watermelon and house made potato salad. The lunch is open to all seniors age 60-plus from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Ellensburg Open Table, and noon to 1 p.m., at the Cle Elum Seventh Day Adventist Church. The community lunch for anyone needing a hot meal is from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Ellensburg Open Table.
