NEWS
Several local high school equestrian athletes from Ellensburg and the Kittitas Valley brought home state championship titles from the Washington High School Equestrian Team and earned advancement to the regional championship in Oregon.
The Ellensburg Civil Service Commission meets tonight at 4:00 PM tonight at the Ellensburg Police Department Training Room
The Kittitas County Lodging Tax Committee is accepting proposals for Large Capital Projects. Applications for the 2025 Lodging Tax Capital Project Grant Program will be accepted starting June 1.
The Landmarks and Design Commission meets tonight at 5:45pm, and can be attended in person at City Hall, or remotely via zoom.
On Wednesday, June 4, East 3rd Ave. will be closed from North Sprague St. to North Anderson St. for the City Sewer Department to make sewer main repairs. The road will be closed first thing in the morning (6:00 a.m.) and the repairs are expected to take most of the business day.

LUNCH
The FISH Open Table Lunch is a Beef Chili with pears. The lunch is open to all seniors age 60-plus from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Ellensburg Open Table, and noon to 1 p.m., at the Cle Elum Seventh Day Adventist Church. The community lunch for anyone needing a hot meal is from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Ellensburg Open Table.
